As a consequence of past events with the Mugen Tenshi Clan and others, the MIST decided it was time for a new chosen one for their experiments and, while watching the Dead or Alive 6 Tournament from afar, one of the fighters caught the eye of the responsible of the past clone that was created using Kasumi's DNA as a prototype (Phase-4), the fighter is Tina Armstrong.

After days of taking a look at Tina's present and past performances via recordings of the Dead or Alive tournaments, they decided Tina was the chosen one for the next project Alpha, she had the necessary brute strenght and high potential of damage they were looking for in their Project Alpha Soldiers. Their one and only objective was taking a small strand of hair from Tina's scalp and their job would be complete, as cliché as it may sound, it worked, and they succesfully managed to work from there.

MIST scientists not only decided to create a clone that had brute strengh and real high damage potential, but to also give it teleporting powers like their previous project, Phase-4. And with that, they created Phase-6. A super soldier with brute strenght and advanced teleporting powers, the only difference between Tina and Phase-6 were the fact that their eye colors were different, Phase-6 was born with Light brown eyes while Tina's is blue, only Phase-6's hair color turned brown due to modifications in the DNA. Phase-6's moveset revolves around powerful wrestling moves with a mix of Phase-4's moves and agile teleporting skills, giving her a chance to confuse her enemies and finish them off with a powerful move, she was their first clone whose specialty was not only one martial arts, but two, being wrestling and the Mugen Tenshin Clan martial arts.

She and Tina basically have the same personality, only Phase-6’s is more evident. She’s way more provocative than Armstrong and loves being in the spotlight just as much as Tina, she has clothing preferences similar to Armstrong and Rachel, likes to be dressed as provocative as she wants but does also enjoy dressing formally as well in certain occasions, not to mention that she also has her own battlesuit, which is basically the same as Phase-4’s but in a different color and modified to fit her body and attributes.

At the time they thought she was their perfect creation, until she started having deviant behaviours in secret, the reason behind this were her memories. Just like past Project Alpha Soldiers, they tend to retain their memories from their original victims, Phase-6 was no excuse. She remembered bits of Tina's memories, how great of a life Tina had outside and how nice everything else was, she decided she wanted that for herself as well.

She went on a run, escaped the MIST Laboratories and managed to get out safely. She didn't want to hurt anyone while escaping since, after all, they were the ones that created her, so she went as stealthy as possible. Luckily, she wasnt under control yet, she could think and go to places as she pleased due to her being a recent creation and the fact that they needed her to be free to test her martial arts and teleporting abilities, she took that opportunity and escaped without looking back.

While lost in the outside and not exactly sure where to go yet, she remembered Tina had a best friend called Lisa. But thats not all, she also remembered MIST Scientists talking about a former scientist called Lisa Hamilton and how she died in the explosion at the previous MIST headquarters, could it be? It was her only way to get help from someone she thinks she can really trust, Phase-6 took the risk and went to where Lisa lived in New York, fortunately she also had that memory from Tina's so finding where she lives wasn't as difficult as she thought it would be.

Once she arrived, saw Lisa was still alive and the two met each other, only two things could describe Hamilton at the moment: shock, and anger. She was shocked because she never thought her best friend would be a victim of clone-making scientists, and angered because this was another poor soul in the world that had nothing to do with the chaos that’s been happening between the new reformed DOATEC, The Mugen Tenshin Clan and MIST.

She tried contacting Victor Donovan but due to her not working with MIST anymore, he had nothing to say to Hamilton. Lisa decided it was time to pay Helena Douglas a visit, she knew that in order to go to the Freedom Survivor, a certain someone would need to know what’s going on, the person was Zack. She wanted to bring Phase-6 to the Freedom Survivor with her so she had no choice, once she explained everything to Zack, he accepted her request and took them to the Freedom Survivor on his helicopter.

After arriving in the Freedom Survivor and speaking to Helena about what happened until the meeting with Phase-6 and spilling the fact that she’s a clone of her best friend that doesn’t know her past as a MIST scientist, Helena thought it would be safe if Phase-6 lived with Hamilton, but most importantly, she would have to call her friend, invite her over and tell her everything. She mentioned how inevitable it is that Phase-6 and Armstrong would meet one day, want it or not, Hamilton agreed and decided to call Tina and ask her to come over her house, it was from there that Phase-6’s story began.

Months passed by, Tina and Phase-6 have gotten to know each other better, Phase-6 did have Tina’s memories but not necessarily all of them, only the ones that were relevant enough for her to remember but she managed to remember more stuff when Tina told more things about her past. A model? Actress and a Rockstar? Who would have thought.

Months after getting enough time to know each other and recover some memories back after talking, she was introduced to Bass, and later introduced to Rig.

Rig lived in the same house as Bass in New York and fortunately was chosen to be a part of Helena’s sponsor for Tina and Bass’ duo “The Muscle”, she later then was asked by Armstrong if she wanted to be her Tag Team in the ring once the next tournament hits, she was afraid something would happen while being exposed to thousands of cameras around an arena, Tina made sure she would be ok and nothing would happen to her.

With that being said, Phase-6 accepted the offer and they were officially Tag Team buddies. To this day, Phase-6 still gets a gut feeling that a MIST soldier would pop out of nowhere to try and take her back, but until then, she gets to have a great life with the person she’s most comfortable with, herself.
